Description

Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He’ll tell you – sternly, but politely – that pistachios are actually seeds, not nuts at all, and that his family lineage traces back to a small orchard in southern Italy. Despite his grand name, Horatio was always quite shy – until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell! Now, whether he’s hand-rolling truffles or pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he’s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling and confident.

He’s brought you a batch of his latest culinary adventure to try, but please be kind. Horatio is nothing if not a perfectionist.
