Our Shipping Rates

The shipping charge for your order is calculated when you enter your shipping address at the check-out. Our North American shipping rates are based on 6 zones – 3 in Canada and 3 in the USA – and determined by purchase amount and shipping address.

Small Orders/Packages: If your package is small and/or lightweight and our actual cost to ship your order is less than your shipping charge by $1 or more, we will refund the difference back to you.

Prince Edward Island customers may choose “Local Pickup” for free & easy order pickup at our store in New Glasgow.

How Long Will It Take ?

Where do you want it delivered? We’ll do our best to ship your order within 48 hours, and your delivery time will depend on the shipping address. Here are some guidelines:
Canada
NS/NB/PE: 2 – 3 business days
NL/QC/ON: 3 – 6 business days (excluding Labrador)
MB/SK/AB/BC: 5 – 7 business days
YT/NT/NU: 9 – 12 business days
USA: 7 – 15 business days
USA delivery times depends on proximity to one of the 21 USPS Distribution Centres. Essentially, delivery addresses located in major cities or nearby receive postal deliveries faster than more remote locations.
