Metal Velvet Art – Little Pets
Choose an image from the pet-themed designs, transfer it on to a picture board, then rub your choice of velvet colors over the top. Lift the velvet away and you leave behind a soft velvet image on the picture board. Build each scene with a collage of colors and images to make 12 picture boards!
